Taking pictures of newborns are some of my favorite kind of sessions, but taking pictures of my own newborn is even better! Meet miss Cosette. She was a surprise gender as well as a surprise miracle pregnancy. My twins have some competition now! We adore our miss Cosy girl!

Last month I got to take a break from the bustle of the holidays to meet sweet little Samuel. Not only was this week-old newborn patient for the camera, his three older siblings were too! I was so impressed by their willingness to let me take their pictures. The cozy atmosphere of a nice comfy bedroom is one of my favorite places to capture the awes of a newborn, just like this session!

LDS Baptism Photography | Utah Photographer

I was very excited for my first LDS baptism photography session! Even though the morning started out gloomy and windy, the weather turned for the better and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Getting to work with this sweet 8 year-old was a complete joy. Doesn't she look like a princess? I love the idea of baptism photography sessions because it's such a special time in a young person's life. I can't wait to do baptism sessions for my children!

This is one of my favorite sessions to date! I was so excited when Kayla said she wanted to do the shoot at Albion Basin because it is gorgeous up there! Even though we had to shoot through some rainfall, I wouldn't change a thing. This couple was up for anything from climbing huge boulders and kissing in the rain, to walking barefoot through fields and getting a little muddy. I love how this session turned out and I loved hanging out with them! Congrats Tanner and Kayla, I'm so excited for your wedding!

Utah Couples Photographer | Sylvia + Jorge

Sylvia and Jorge wanted to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary with a photo shoot! But not only were they celebrating their anniversary...they were also announcing that they have a baby on the way! Sylvia was such a trooper and looked simply amazing even though she was fighting morning sickness. It so was wonderful meeting this sweet couple and getting to know them. I'm excited for them to become parents!
